The front sidewalk was replaced in 2006 with new concrete. The street is on city snowplow and street-cleaner routes.

Garage is 20*20 and can fit 2 cars easily- rear has a 12*6 extension so you can even fit in a Ford Excursion if needed. 14* 20 carport on left. Garage door opener new in 2007.
