The dining room is the hub of the house. To the left there are two entries to the kitchen, ahead into the living room, and at right into a charming entertainment room that doubles as an east-facing sunroom. Plant lovers will appreciate the diffused east-facing sunlight in the winter for your indoor flowering plants.

A view into the "difficult to photograph" TV/entertainment room. A nice, homey place for reading, listening to music, and a place for clutter out of sight of the main living areas. |

This is not your "great old house". This house boasts two large master bedrooms and another average size room to use as a 3rd bedroom, office, sewing room, etc. Great layout and windows on two walls in every room. New-house flexibility in an old home. |

Another view of east-facing master bedroom. We used east-facing room as master in fall/winter and west-facing master bedroom in spring/summer to enjoy the shifting natural light.
Home architect/layout designer was a master of creating a functional home in the 1910s- but one that adapts masterfully to living in the 2010s. You have to see it-- this whole house is just the best use of square footage for a growing family or mature couple imaginable.
Gary made an offer on this home based on the layout alone when the house needed almost everything and has never regretted it. If we could take this home to the lake, we would. |

2nd floor west-facing sunroom boasts windows on three sides and lots of natural light. Great hobby room, playroom, use your imagination. |

Finished attic is located on the third floor. A large open area with eave storage, this room is actually 7' 6" high and can be used for a variety of purposes. Ceiling has extensive insulation, wired for cable, electricity and is a huge bonus area for storage, workroom, or children's play area. |
